Completed form with payment must be received before/on September 12, 2008 to be eligible for the early bird registration fees. After September 13, 2008, regular registration rates will apply. Registration without payment will not be processed and badges and tickets will not be mailed to you prior to the show.

Please note: You must register and send in payment before October 10, 2008 in order to receive your badges and tickets before the show. All badges and tickets can also be picked up on-site at the Delegate Registration Desk.
